Rosie Lee Brooks
A retired housekeeper and resident of Baker died Friday, January 15, 2016 at the age of 81. She was a native of McManus. She served as a Deaconess at Beachum Grove Baptist Church, Ethel.
Visiting at Beachum Grove Baptist Church 8877 Battle Road, in Ethel. Friday, January 22, 2016, 6 to 8 PM and Saturday, January 23, 2016 from 10 AM until the religious service at 11 AM. Pastor Sterling Wrights, Officiating. Interment in St. Mark Baptist Church Cemetery, Ethel.
She is survived by five sons; Phillip, Flander (Debbie), Danny, Freddie and James; two daughters: Lee Anna (Kenneth Coats) and Betty (James Parker); two brothers: Leroy (Elnora) and Chester (Catherine); four sisters; Dorothy (James Milligan), Lorene (Robert Scott), Patsy Scott and Aline Standberry; 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
