Chelsei Janae Franklin-Thomas, age 25, was a resident of Monroe, LA. Chelsei was called home on Sunday, January 17, 2016. She is survived by one daughter, Ja'Nyah Alise Robinson (Martrez); her parents, grandmother, two brothers, sister, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family requests that in honor of Chelsei, you wear purple to the services. Services will be held 12:00 pm Tuesday at East Feliciana Professional Development Learning Center. 9414 Plank Rd., Clinton, LA 70722. Interment at St. John's Baptist Church. 6148 Gilead Rd., Clinton LA 70722.
