Obituary of Audrey T. Matthews

Audrey Collins Matthews, a native of Clinton, LA, died Monday, April 10, 2017, at Lane Memorial Hospital in Zachary, LA, at the age of 36. She was a graduate of Clinton High School Class of 1998, Southern University in Social Work in 2004 and Aveda Institute in Cosmetology in 2010. Audrey was employed at AT&T for 10 years as a CSR and was a Licensed Cosmetologist and Make-Up Artist. She is survived by her devoted husband Alvin Matthews of 22 years relationship/marriage, daughter Audrion Matthews, parents Arthur "Jack" Collins and Sharon Collins, sisters Monica Huggins, Tonika Collins, and brothers Todd and John Collins. Visitation will be Thursday, April 13, 2017, at 9:00 am until religious services at 11:00 am at the Early Learning Center, 9414 Highway 67, LA, Pastor Danny Donaldson, Sr. of Rose Hill Church, officiating. Interment in St. Paul Methodist Cemetery, Ethel, LA. Arrangements entrusted to Richardson Funeral Home of Clinton (225) 683-5222.
