Laila D'shay Hollins was Born On September 19th 2015 in Baton Rouge, La to Larry And Tasha Hollins.
On Sunday November 13,2022 at 3:34 pm,God in His infinite wisdom Chose this Beautiful flower and Called Her Home to eternal rest. Laila transitioned peacefully at Our Lady Of The Lake Children's Hospital.
Laila Was A Second Grade Student at Rollins Place Elementary School. Attending School Was Very Important to Lalia as She enjoyed riding the bus and learning basic skills. Despite her illness she continued to prevail through it all.
Laila enjoyed fishing, watching, Madea Movie, YouTube video, tiktok, cleaning, and cooking for people including all her past nurses. Laila loved the outdoors which included jumping on her trampoline, riding her UTV and bicycle, and polishing her nails or others nails. You Could not tell her "No" when it came down to doing one of these things!One thing she loved more than anything was her sister (Lakeisha). Laila was Sassy and full of energy. To Know her is to Love her. She Brought joy and happiness to everyone's life. Despite her illness she continued to prevail through it all. Laila face wore a beautiful smile that would brighten any room. Laila will Forever be loved and missed by those who knew her from birth! She will forever be in our hearts as she lives on in Another life time of happiness and joy with no more pain and suffering!
Laila (affectionately referred to as "Laibug, LayLay, Laila Miracle And LailaBoo") Laila accepted Christ at an early age and was a Member of the Mt.Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.
Celebrating 7 Years of Laila's Life are her loving parents Larry and Tasha Hollins of Zachary,La Two sisters, Lakeisha Turna And Lanisha Stewart of Zachary,LA grandparents, Octavia Havard Of Baton Rouge La. Loretta Smith of Jackson La, Larry Hollins of Centreville,Mississippi, Great Grandmother, Jannie Hollins,Of Norwood La, Special Cousins Alaisha,Lamiah, Trendin,Cameron:And Host of Aunts,Uncles,Cousins,Daer Friends and Several devoted Family Members, Olive and Jessica Cage, William and Vernette Cage, Reddie King and Robert and Glinda Emery.
Laila Was Proceeded in Her Transition to Glory By Her Grandfather Johnny B Havard and Great Grandfather HerBert Hollins and Aunt Rhonda Turner.
